Policy for SpectorSoft:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the software (CD + CD cover) in excellent condition (within 7 days of receipt) and you will receive a refund after inspection of the software and package.  Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.  Please email Online Distributors at returns@onlinedist.com for a return authorization.

 

Return Policy for Shark Corporation:

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your merchandise within 30 days of receipt.  Please e-mail Online Distributors at returns@onlinedist.com for a return authorization.  Return items must arrive sealed/unopened in new condition in the original box or carton(s).  All return shipping arrangements and the cost are the sole responsibility of the customer.  Refunds will be made after inspection of the merchandise; however, shipping and handling fees are not refundable.  Returns after 30 days will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

 

Return Policy for ASI Notebooks:

Limited Warranty:  General Terms and Conditions

 

·      All notebooks carry a manufacturer's one-year warranty on parts and 3-year warranty on labor from the Online Distributors invoice date of the original purchase. You can purchase an additional 2-year parts warranty, but this must be done at the time of the original purchase. This warranty applies to whitebooks configured by Online Distributors as well as the notebook shells sold as parts only.

·     This product is to be free from defects in material under normal use and conditions.

·     All notebooks carry a FACTORY WARRANTY and are serviced by Online Distributors or the manufacturer.

·     This warranty does not cover additional software, hardware or accessories installed after the notebook was shipped from Online Distributors.

·     The warranty does not apply to those products that are damaged due to misuse, abuse, negligence, modification by any party other than Online Distributors, or problem caused by use of hardware/software not supplied by Online Distributors.

 

LCD "Dead Pixel" Policy 

 

The LCD "Dead Pixel" policy is set by the notebook manufacturers, and the acceptable amount to them is no more than 5 dead pixels. While this may seem unreasonable to Online Distributors and you our customers, we can only work on a case by case basis with the manufacturers to see if they will replace an LCD with less than 5 dead pixels.

 

Online Distributor’s "Priority Warranty Repair" Policy        

 

·      Any defective notebook assembled by Online Distributors and within the one year parts warranty (or 3-year parts warranty if you purchased the additional 2-year extended parts warranty) will be considered an Online Distributors "Priority Warranty Repair."

·     "Priority Warranty Repair" service consists of your notebook being repaired or replaced within a 5 business day turnaround including shipping both ways. Of course there might be instances where the repair could take longer to facilitate, but you will be informed of any delays.

·     Your White Box notebook will be repaired and shipped on average within 4 working days after your product arrives at the repair facility.

·      Customer will pay for shipping to Online Distributors and Online Distributors will pay for freight back to Customer.

·      All returned notebooks must have an RMA number assigned by Online Distributors prior to its shipping back.  Previous RMA numbers may not be reused.  Please email returns@onlinedist.com to obtain an RMA number.

·      All RMA products must be returned within 5 days of receipt of an RMA number, otherwise the RMA number will be voided and the package will be refused.

·     Online Distributors reserves the right to inspect and test all merchandise.

·      No replacement or exchange if the returned merchandise has been tested and found that it meets manufacturer’s specifications and operates correctly.

·      No replacement or exchange if the returned merchandise was damaged due to misuse, abuse or negligence including small cosmetic scratches.

·      Any returned product tested that is not defective or does not belong to Online Distributors will be returned to the customer.

·      Returned merchandise(s) should be in their original boxes, if possible, and packaged properly in another outside box with good packing materials. Due to vibration, Pelaspan (Styrofoam “peanuts”) is not a suitable packing material when used alone. The customer is responsible for improperly packaged notebooks which get damaged in transit.

·     The RMA number must be prominently displayed on the front of the shipping box.

·      All contents within the box must include a description of the problem.

·      Online Distributors is not responsible for any damaged package shipped from the customer to Online Distributors. 

 

General Information

·      After receiving the RMA return, the purchaser must inspect the shipment immediately for any physical damage, which must be reported within 24 hours to Online Distributors.

·      Online Distributors does not accept liability beyond the remedies set forth in this warranty statement or liability for incidental or consequential damages, including without limitation any liability for products not being available for use or for lost data or software.

·      In no event shall Online Distributors be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages such as loss of profits or business opportunities, and in no event shall Online Distributor’s liability exceed the purchase price.

·     Online Distributors reserves the right to modify the above terms and conditions at anytime without consenting our customers.

·     After being received by Online Distributors, out-of-warranty RMA returns will be shipped back to the customer within 30 days.  Some special items may take longer due to manufacturer shortage of stock.

·      Parts replaced or purchased as part of an out-of-warranty service have 3-month warranty from the date of the replacement.
 

THIS WARRANTY IS VOID IF THE PRODUCT IS:

A.       Damaged through negligence, misuse, abuse, or damaged by accident.

B.       Modified or repaired by anyone other than authorized service center personnel.

C.      Damaged due to connection to the equipment of other manufacturers, or improper power sources.

D.      The serial number sticker on the system is missing, defaced, or modified in any manner.

THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:

A.         Damage to the system or parts of other manufacturers added to or connected to the product.

B.        Damage caused by improperly packaging the notebook before being shipped in for repair.

C.        Damage or improper operation of the product caused by customer abuse, negligence, or failure to follow operating instructions provided with the product.

D.        Any cosmetic damage to system caused by accident or customer abuse.

Under no circumstances shall Online Distributors be liable for any loss, direct or indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damage arising out of or in connection with the use of this system.  This warranty gives you specific legal rights.  However, you may have other rights which may vary from state to state.

THIS WARRANTY IS VALID ONLY IN THE UNITED STATES.  THIS WARRANTY APPLIES ONLY TO THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER, AND IS NON-TRANSFERABLE.  ONLINE DISTRIBUTORS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND (OTHER THAN THE EXPRESSED WARRANTY STATED HEREIN).  WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
